The project plan spans from over four years from January 2025 to December 2028.

WP 1: Project Management

1.1. Project Kick-off and Website Development (Jan 2025 – Jun 2025): Focuses on initiating the project and developing a dedicated website for information dissemination and communication.

1.2. Partner Meeting Coordination (Jan 2025 – Dec 2028): Online coordination meetings among project partners will be conducted twice a year to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

1.3. Project Administration and Budget Management (Jan 2025 – Dec 2028): Tasks including budget oversight to ensure financial accountability and ensuring necessary travel arrangements for exchange students and faculty members.

1.4. Research Ethics and Data Management (Jan 2025 – Dec 2028): Ensuring compliance with research ethics and effective management of data collected throughout the Guideline by SIKT will be followed strictly.

WP 2: Student Exchange to USN

2.1- 2.4: Hosting and Supervision of Students (2025 – 2027): These activities involve the hosting and academic supervision of both Master and Bachelor students at different intervals, enhancing cross-cultural academic exchange.

2.5: Organizing Seminar for Incoming and Local Students and Faculty (2027): A seminar aimed at knowledge exchange between incoming students and local stakeholders.

2.6: Joint Course and Digital Lecture Content Development at USN (Jan 2026 – Dec 2028): Development of joint courses and digital content to facilitate blended learning environments.

WP 3: Student Exchange to TAMU

3.1- 3.4: Similar to Work Package 2 (2026 – 2028): Parallel activities to those in Work Package 2, but located at TAMU, focusing on hosting, supervision, and joint educational content development.

WP 4: Student Exchange to UTokyo

4.1- 4.4: Similar to Work Packages 2 and 3 (2028): Replicating the student exchange framework at UTokyo, with similar objectives of fostering international academic collaboration and content development.

WP 5: Dissemination of Project Results

 5.1. Presentation of Project Results at Internal Seminars (Jan 2028 – Dec 2028): Sharing the outcomes and findings of the project within the partner institutions to foster internal knowledge

5.2. Presentation of Project Results at External Seminars (Jan 2027 – Dec 2028): Disseminating the results to a broader academic and professional audience through seminars.

5.3. Publication of Online Lectures and Tutorials on Open Platform (Jan 2028 – Dec 2028): Making the project’s outputs accessible to the public through online platforms, enhancing the project’s impact and outreach.
